Vantage Properties

Vantage Properties renovates forgotten buildings in New York to provide affordable rental alternatives with high quality amenities. We redesigned their site to give potential renters a feel for what "Vantage Living" has to offer. Visitors were able to explore standard apartment features with an interactive floor plan and learn about the history and character of the different neighborhoods where Vantage apartments are available.

In addition to providing individual apartment descriptions, floor plans, and photos, we allowed potential renters to calculate their commute using HopStop data, and built a Yelp/Google Maps mashup to showcase restaurants, stores, and attractions near the apartment.
