Online, we went beyond product messaging and encouraged cold sufferers to rest so they could feel better. We created a customizable sick day shopping list that could be emailed to a friend. We also drove people to our branded Sick Day TV collection on hulu.com where they could watch comforting, classic shows during a day off from work.
A microsite led people through the different stages of a cold and offered ways that they could get rest and recover either at home or the office.
